Established in 1950, NAM WAH BATTERY CO began as a small operation in a Race Course Road shophouse — repairing alternators, starters, and installing car batteries for satisfied customers.

Over the decades, we’ve evolved into a trusted name in the Trading and Automotive industry, building a strong portfolio as a Wholesaler, Importer, Exporter, and Distributor of high-performance batteries for Automotive, Commercial, and Equipment applications.

By the 1980s, we had expanded rapidly and became the Authorized Sole Distributor for globally respected battery brands such as:
AMARON, HOPPECKE, OCEAN, FUJIKA, TENIX HOPECKE, and BATTLEREADY.
